Link & Learn is the IRS certification website where volunteers take their Standards of Conduct test, Intake/Interview & Quality Review test, and the Basic or Advanced tax law test.

Training Site

The training site is where you will complete the online components of your volunteer training. Inside, you’ll find self-paced trainings as well as resources for tax season. 

Volgistics/VicNet

This is your volunteer portal. Use Volgistics to view your schedule, sign up for trainings or shifts, and remove yourself from the schedule for shifts that are more than two weeks away.

Meet the Volunteer Resources Department!

Prepare + Prosper’s Volunteer Resources Department consists of two full-time staff and a seasonal Volunteer Resources Assistant. Our two full-time staff are Sara McCracken, Volunteer Resources Manager, and Mary Kimball, Volunteer Resources Coordinator.
