Scheduler
Be a friendly representative of P+P. Connect with customers over the phone and make sure they are ready for their appointment and have what they need.
THE TASKS
- Call customers to remind them of their appointment, the materials they need to bring with them, and answer questions
- Assorted administrative tasks, if needed, to support the customer service team
- Provide stellar customer service and maintain customer privacy
THE SKILLS
- Computer proficient
- Friendly, welcoming demeanor and ability to connect with customers over the phone
- Enjoy working in an ethnically and socio-economically diverse environment
THE COMMITMENT
- Attend an info session to learn all about P+P and the volunteering details
- Complete training to prepare for your volunteer role
- Volunteer for one four-hour shift a week during tax season (January–April) at the St. Paul main office.
