ST. PAUL, MN (August 23, 2018) – Roland Sie, Terri Steenblock, and Ron Zweber have joined the Board of Directors and Greg Pesky has moved into the role of Board president at Prepare + Prosper (P+P), a nonprofit organization that works with low- to moderate-income people to build financial well-being through free tax preparation and financial services, products, and coaching, and by changing systems to create economic opportunity.

As newly appointed members and president, they will provide leadership, direction, and oversight to help P+P fulfill its mission.

  • Greg Pesky is a managing partner at AmplifyDMC and brings to his role as president a combination of entrepreneurial, marketing, and communications experience.
  • Roland Sie is a regional banking district leader at Wells Fargo. An advocate for economic advancement, he brings to the Board experience in retail banking.
  • Terri Steenblock is the compliance director for Federation of Tax Administrators. She’s a former assistant commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Revenue and brings to the Board experience in tax administration and legislative policy.
  • Ron Zweber is senior vice president of the nonprofit banking team at Bremer Bank. With 35 years of financial services industry experience, he leads one of the largest nonprofit and government banking teams in Minnesota.
