"My biggest financial dream is to be able to retire one day from my security job. Working with a financial coach helped me map out a realistic plan for retirement that took years off of the age I thought I had to work until."
More giving opportunities
Each year, thousands of corporations hold workplace giving campaigns to support local nonprofits through payroll deduction. Please consider designating us as the recipient of your donation and help us provide new opportunities for low-income families to increase their income and begin to save.
Ask your employer to match your gift (of time and money). Many employers match – dollar-for-dollar – their employees’ donations to nonprofit organizations. Additionally, many employers will monetarily match their employees’ volunteer hours.
If you would like to donate stock, include us in your will or inquire about other planned giving opportunities, please call Adam Faitek, volunteer and donor relations director, at 651-262-2153.
Each year, we spend a sizable amount of money on equipment and supplies that could be provided through in-kind donations. Please take a look at the following wish-list and consider making a donation to support our work:
- New laptop computers
- Printers for laptops
- Flash drives
- Number pads for laptops
- Copy paper (8 ½” x 11”)
- Gift certificates from Target, Office Depot, Cub or Rainbow
- Donations for food for volunteers at our many tax sites throughout the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota
